Warranty and Return Policy



Products purchased directly from Bloom & Grow (B\&G) or from an authorized Bloom & Grow stocklists maybe returned under the following circumstances.

If the defect in material and workmanship on the product defect was due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified material and workmanship are covered by this policy.

The products eligible for warranty are covered by the Brand(s). Warranty coverage and period vary by Brand, please refer to the attached Brand’s Warranty Table for details.

If the product is a discontinued item, we will replace with other available design or exchange with other items of same cost.

Customer will not be charged for the replacement product(s) given that (i) the original product(s) is returned to us within 14 days after reporting of the defective case, and (ii) the problem reported of the defects proves to be covered by the terms of the limited warranty.

Under the Advanced Replacement scheme, if we do not receive the original product(s) within 30 days, or if we determine that the problem with your product(s) is not covered by the limited warranty, we will charge the then-current standard price for the applicable product(s) by billing an invoice for your payment settlement.

Damage not covered under warranty will not be accepted.

Return Procedure



1. Customer reports to B\&G of the defective case of the product(s), providing the necessary supporting documents and photos (please refer to the “Requirement for a valid return” section below for details) by email to his/her B\&G Sales account in charge.
2. B\&G QA department will process the defective claim promptly and will send out the replacement product within 7-10 days, subject to receiving all the necessary supporting documents and photos.
3. Customer has to return the defective product(s) to B\&G QA department, unless confirmed by B\&G that the return is not required.  All return should be sent by local courier and the waybill number should be provided to B\&G for tracking.

Requirement for a valid return

 Proof of purchase with the date of purchase
Detailed description of the defect
Photo of the defective areas (with close up images)
Photo of the whole product
Photo of the packaging (if any)
Photo of the distributor label or hangtag

The warranty does not cover

Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse, improper care, negligence
Normal wear & tear, but is not limited to natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, scratches from dragging, rubbing or normal use; dirt spots; marks caused by improper care or spills that are not cleaned immediately
Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
Products with missing or altered serial numbers (if any)
Products which have had their housings opened or otherwise tampered with
Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components
The product warranty does not apply to Products that are purchased from an unauthorized seller, unless the warranty is explicitly transferred from the original purchaser
