Warranty and Return Policy
Products purchased directly from Bloom & Grow (B\&G) or from an authorized Bloom & Grow stocklists maybe returned under the following circumstances.
If the defect in material and workmanship on the product defect was due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified material and workmanship are covered by this policy.
The products eligible for warranty are covered by the Brand(s). Warranty coverage and period vary by Brand, please refer to the attached Brand’s Warranty Table for details.
If the product is a discontinued item, we will replace with other available design or exchange with other items of same cost.
Customer will not be charged for the replacement product(s) given that (i) the original product(s) is returned to us within 14 days after reporting of the defective case, and (ii) the problem reported of the defects proves to be covered by the terms of the limited warranty.
Under the Advanced Replacement scheme, if we do not receive the original product(s) within 30 days, or if we determine that the problem with your product(s) is not covered by the limited warranty, we will charge the then-current standard price for the applicable product(s) by billing an invoice for your payment settlement.
Damage not covered under warranty will not be accepted.

Return Procedure
1. Customer reports to B\&G of the defective case of the product(s), providing the necessary supporting documents and photos (please refer to the “Requirement for a valid return” section below for details) by email to his/her B\&G Sales account in charge.
2. B\&G QA department will process the defective claim promptly and will send out the replacement product within 7-10 days, subject to receiving all the necessary supporting documents and photos.
3. Customer has to return the defective product(s) to B\&G QA department, unless confirmed by B\&G that the return is not required. All return should be sent by local courier and the waybill number should be provided to B\&G for tracking.
