To do Inventory Transfer (4 digit transfer)

Internal Process – Returns from any consignment stores to Office location or store to store transfer done by sales team.

Check with Ops before using 4 digit transfer if it’s the correct process.

1 – Transactions – Inventory – click on Transfer Inventory

1. Key in date when item is set to be transferred.

Ie - send to office on 29th April or exit warehouse on 2nd May.

2. From location

ie -  YCH IND or DAP SG  or Kidztime T1 (this is from where stocks are taken)

3. To location

ie ID Office Samples or Office SG or Zakka T4 (where stocks are sent to)

Memo – very important to refer to Reason Code summary as provided by accounts.

Example :

Others, Samples for ID sales

Or\
CONSIGNMENT, DMGD cover, broken silicone tip

OR

RGC, Eddy transfer to stores, hand carry
