Send Free Items to KOLs or Giveaway Winners

When giving (or sending) items to KOLs or giveaway winners, these must be recorded in Opencart (so that they are recorded correctly in all the systems + flow to the given warehouse for processing)

In order to do this:

1\) Log in to the website from which the item is being sent as the recipient (this means that the recipient needs to create an account first - a small price to pay for a free gift!)

2\) In the backend, find the coupon with code "MKTG100" and change its status to "Enabled"

3\) In the frontend, add the item(s) to the recipient's cart and checkout. Apply the MKTG100 coupon to make the whole order free

4\) Change the status of the MKTG100 coupon back to DISABLED (this is very important otherwise people will be able to use this coupon to place free orders!)
