Saving Images for Adword Campaigns

In summary

1. Select a brand and country to work on (for e.g. Jellycat for Hong Kong)
2. Find 20 lifestyle photos for the brand you have chosen to work on (make sure that the items selected are currently in stock/available in the given country) and save them down to a folder
3. Open Canva and bulk upload all the photos (username [hkcanva@bloomandgrowgroup.com](mailto:hkcanva@bloomandgrowgroup.com) password: hkcanva@123)
4. Edit photos to the following dimensions

10 x photos in square (1200 x 1200)

5 x images in landscape (1200 x 628)

###

5 x images in portrait (960 x 1200)

Once done, please save down to the Babycentral\XYZ folder here (under Assets by Brand -> Create a folder for brand name -> create a folder for country)

Then please create a ticket for Sotirios (copy Clarissa & Ben) here stating that the photos for the given brand/country are ready for upload to Google

It makes sense to do all countries at once as we will sell similar items in all countries. So once you are done with a brand/country you can copy images over for another country and just replace any that are not relevant for that country

Ben/Clarissa will create the list of brands that need to be worked on in Basecamp and assignthem  to Richard

Suggestion: Dreampim is the easiest/fastest place to find images for B\&G brands. You can filter products by brand/country and then mass downloads all images for the selected products.. Once downloaded, you can then just remove the non-lifestyle images before uploading to Canva.
