Returns - Gift
There are people who will request to exchange the gifts they received from people (either from gift registry or ordered directly by the customers).
CS replies using this template:
"Dear (Name),
Good day. Provided that the items are in original packaging, without any damage or dent, then you can return it to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Please let us know which item/s you'd like to return and the order number or from who so we can mark it accordingly.
Once we have the details, you may then send or drop your parcel off at our warehouse:

Search for the order in opencart. If the date is still within 14 days from the delivery date, please post in Basecamp and assign to warehouse using this format for the title - Order Number - Name - Return (Gift). Then, include the item/s that will be returned and ask the warehouse to cycle the items and no need to submit a return as we will not apply the refund on the account of the person who ordered.

Once warehouse confirms that the item/s is/are returnable, please apply store credit to the recipient's account. Please make sure to get the correct amount of the item/s and deduct any discount if there is any discount coupon used (except reward coupon).

Go to opencart -> Sales -> Customers -> Search using any of the fields and click "Filter" -> Click the "Edit" or pencil button -> Click on the "Store Credit" tab.

Input the details needed: "Description" and "Amount". Then, click on "Add Transaction".

Email the recipient about the store credit. Store credits do not expire and they can use it on their next purchase.
