Release Summary

This release summarizes on copy values under the Costing subtabs to Price level.

Deliverables

Created a user event script in after submit context which will fetch the SG and AU related pricing under the SG costing and AU costing subtab and set these data to the pricing under the sales/pricing subtab.

Script - NetSuite (Bloom & Grow Ltd)

The pricing under the SG costing is set using a workflow Workflow - NetSuite (Bloom & Grow Ltd). While the AU costing is manually set by the user. Upon saving the record the costing under the sales/pricing subtab will be automatically populated.

Testing steps

Login to BGGN Sandbox Account,

For lot-numbered inventory items

Lot Numbered Inventory Item - NetSuite (Bloom & Grow Ltd)

Create a lot numbered item
check whether data are populated correctly

Edit the record and update the AU WRP SG RRP.

Check whether the values are populate correctly.

Check the case of inventory items for create and edit context. .

Check and verify the script adds the item pricing in the create context.

Inventory Item - NetSuite (Bloom & Grow Ltd)

Verify that the script update pricing in the edit context

Inventory Item - NetSuite (Bloom & Grow Ltd)

Verify that the script is only updating the AUD and SG costing

Verified the script is not updating the pricing sublist when AU costing and SG costing subtabs are empty

Notes:

• If any of the columns under the sales or pricing is deleted then it will affect the script as the data is saved based on the internal id of the pricing column. If the internal id differs then it will affect the pricing details

• The calculation is already done in the workflow which is only used in the script

• There is no need to empty the details in copy context.

• After updating the costing and we remove the details from the costing subtab the item pricing will not be removed from sales or pricing subtab

Rollback instructions

1. In case of any issues and we are not available or reachable, you can roll back by changing the RELEASE STATUS of the Workflow.

Click on the below link:

Workflow - NetSuite (Bloom & Grow Ltd)
Edit the Workflow.
Select the Pencil icon
Change RELEASE STATUS to SUSPENDED
Select the INACTIVE checkbox

Click Save

And

2. You can remove the deployment of the script.

Click on the below link:

Script - NetSuite (Bloom & Grow Ltd)
Edit the deployment.
Uncheck the DEPLOYED checkbox

Click Save.
