Refund processing time

Once refund is submitted in Opencart, it will be processed within 24 business hours. We can inform customers that the refund will be completed in 3-5 business days as the reference numbers are not immediately available, depending on their payment method.

Stripe - The reference number is made available in 1–3 business days once refund is submitted.

QFPay - Reference number is available immediately after processing the refund.

If the transactions made via QFPay aren't enough to cover the refund amount, we won't be able to apply it yet. We have to wait until we have enough balance.

PayPal - Reference number is available immediately after processing the refund.

Bank transfer - We ask the customers for their bank details and send it to carmen.yu@bloomandgrowgroup.com and cc: facct@babycentral.com.hk.
