MIS Ticket Request



Attending to your request and question has been made more systematic by the MIS Team. You can now send MIS tickets through Slack.

Here is how to send a ticket through Slack

1. Open Slack and on any message field type in /mis\help and hit enter twice.
2. Fill out this form: Hit Submit.



3. You will receive a notification in Slack with your basecamp ticket number. You can add more details to the ticket or add all the attachments you have to it.
4. MIS should get back to you within 15 minutes and assign the ticket accordingly.
