MIS Onboarding Process



1. A ticket from HR comes in with the following details:

Name: \
Position:\
Location/Department:\
Join Date:\
Email:

If BG Cloud and/or NetSuite is needed, please indicate who to mirror their access to, if any.

2. If a new equipment is needed, a separate ticket needs to be created. Please refer to the instructions [here](mis-equipment-software-request.md).
3. Ticket is assigned to ISSS to create email, BaseCamp, BG Cloud access. Slack is automated.
4. HR send an onboarding schedule with the MIS onboarding part.
5. Jorge holds the onboarding training for the new joiner.
