Logging in to Website as a customer

Sometimes, we need to log in to a website as a customer to help them place an order or to see what they might be seeing in the case of errors or to help with gift registries etc..

To do this, login to the Opencart Backend

Go to "Sales->Customers"

Use the upper section of the page to filter for the customer (e.g. search by email address)

Most people don't put their names so search with email address to find the customer if you cannot search with their names.

When you have found the customer, click on the "Lock" icon. This will bring up all our store - just select the one that you want to log in to.

Don't forget to log out once you have finished
