Linking products in Netsuite to Products in Opencart (BBCPRODUCTIDs)

SOP for MIS team

Goal: to generate a list of products that are missing BBCPRODUCTIDS in Netsuite

For SG, MY and ID, we only need to ensure that IN STOCK products have BBCPRODUCTIDs

For AU & NZ, they want to map all IN STOCK products and also out of stock products that have status ACTIVE.

Please note that this list may initially be quite long,  In order not to overwhelm the BBC Product team, please always prioritise any items that are currently in stock already (i.e. make sure that all in stock items have BBCProduct IDs before moving onto items that are out of stock).

Reports I have created to help (please feel free to modify these):

SG/MY

BBC SG Items In Stock with BBCPRODUCTID
BBC MY Items In Stock with BBC PRODUCT ID

These 2 reports show only IN STOCK products

AU/NZ

BBC AU Items In Stock or Active with BBC PRODUCT ID
BBC NZ Items In Stock or Active with BBC PRODUCT ID

These 2 reports show ALL products (I will raise a ticket to ask JJ if they can filter by products that are either in stock OR have status “Active”)

Until then, you will have to manually filter out any item that is out of stock but does not have status Active

First step to updating BBCPRODUCTIDS

If an item has a BBCPRODUCTID from another country, then please use that one and update Netsuite. This should help reduce the lists quite a lot

For any other item where there is no BBCPRODUCTID,  please request IDs from Erica/Edralene by posting a consolidated list of items to this to-do list in the B2C Ecom Basecamp group (Please where possible keep the country for which it is needed as we have a list priority list which is currently: SG, NZ, MY, ID)

Once completed, please update Netsuite with the BBCPRODUCTIDS
