1. Download Sales reports from the shopee store (BGGO/Tmall/others) for the sales period of the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month (i.e. : 1/1/2022 – 31/1/2022)
2. Inter-Co Transaction a. 宝極 - Issue Inter-Co PO to 宝孕高, PO Date : last day of the billing date in the sales report (i.e. 31/1/2022) b. 宝孕高 – Issue Inter-Co Sales Order, Pair the Inter-Co PO with 寶極, Location “Jushuitan”, then click “Fulfil”, then click “Billed”, Transaction date : last date of the billing date in sales report (i.e. 31/1/2022) c. 宝極 – Once received the Inter-Co Invoice from 宝孕高，go back to the Inter-Co PO transaction, click “Receipt”, Receipt Date : last day of the billing date in the sales report (i.e. 31/1/2022), Receipt Location : 聚水潭 – 宝極
3. Billing to Shopee Store (Tmall/JD/Others) a. Issue SO in 宝極, Location : 聚水潭 – 宝極, Bill date : last day of the billing date in the sales report (i.e. 31/1/2022) b. Then click “Fulfil”, click “Bill”
