How to Unlink CM (Credit memo) in NetSuite

1. Copy the CM and paste it into the search bar. Ex. CM-IND-100278

2. Under Apply Sub Tab uncheck the transaction and make payment amount Zero

3. Save the record. (Status of the CM would have been changed)
4. Check the status of the CM. It Should be open. The transaction is unlinked now.
