How to turn off Smart Sending in Klaviyo



Klaviyo's Smart Sending feature allows you to automatically suppress contacts who have already received a specific email campaign. If you want to turn off Smart Sending for a particular campaign, you can do so during the campaign creation or editing process. Here are the general steps:

1. Log in to Klaviyo:

Open your web browser and navigate to the Klaviyo platform.
Log in to your Klaviyo account.

2. Go to Campaigns:

In the Klaviyo dashboard, navigate to the "Campaigns" tab.

3. Create a New Campaign or Edit an Existing One:

If you are creating a new campaign, click on the "Create Campaign" button.
If you are editing an existing campaign, find the campaign you want to modify and click on it to open the editor.

4. Navigate to the Recipients Step:

In the campaign editor, navigate to the "Recipients" step.

5. Find Smart Sending Options:

Look for options related to Smart Sending. This may be located in the "Sending & Tracking" or a similar section, depending on the version of Klaviyo.

6. Turn Off Smart Sending:

There should be an option to toggle Smart Sending on or off. If it's on, you can turn it off by clicking the toggle or checkbox associated with Smart Sending.

7. Save Changes:

After turning off Smart Sending, make sure to save your changes.

8. Review and Send:

Before sending the campaign, review your settings to ensure that Smart Sending is indeed turned off.
