How to reverse rewards

This is used if the reward points are not enough to cover the refund as the reward points have been converted to a reward voucher.

Please go to Opencart -> Sales -> Customers -> Customers -> Input the customer's email address then "Filter".

Click on the 'Edit" button.

Go to Reward Vouchers tab and click "Reverse Rewards".

Click on "Reverse Rewards". If 1000 reward points is enough, you will only need to reverse 1 from the list.

You may now proceed with submitting the refund.
