How to replace an item
Search for the order in Open cart by putting the order number in the "Quick order lookup" field.
Click on "Products" tab and look for the item you're going to replace.
Then, click on "Replace".
Input the name of the replacement on the "Name" field.
Then, put in the number in the "Quantity" field.
Click "Save".
Confirmation message showing "Replacement Made" should show once replacement is complete.
Click on "Resend" showing under Flag to resend to SKUVAULT/NETSUITE so Skuvault will be updated.
