How to Raise a ticket to MIS using Slack

How to Raise a ticket to MIS using Slack



1. In any Slack chat or Channel, type "/help" \[and hit enter TWICE].





2.  Fill in the pop-up form:

   1. Title: Issue Summary
   2. Description: Details of the issue or request
   3.  Categories: Select from the 14 categories, and choose “Others” if you cannot find a

       category that fits your concern


3. Hit Submit, and in a few seconds you will receive a notification from MIS:



4. Open the notification to see your ticket number and the link to the BASECAMP ticket.



5. Click on the Basecamp Link to upload supporting files or provide additional information on the ticket itself. Use the comment section on the tickets to continue the discussion regarding the issue and resolution.
6. Once the ticket is created, we aim for someone from the MIS team to get back in touch with you within 30 minutes to clarify your request, provide an estimated resolution time, and detail the action that will be taken.

Please Note:

The MIS ADMIN team is available from 0800-1800 hrs HK time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
The MIS DEVELOPMENT team is available from 1000-1800 hrs HK time (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
