How to Place Daily POs

1\. MAKE SURE ALL ORDERS ARE PUSHED TO SKUVAULT.

Click: ["GET OPENCART ORDERS"](http://ops.babycentral.co/index.php?route=skuvault/feeds/SendOpencartOrdersToWarehouse\&country\id=96). Repeat until message shows "PROCESS COMPLETE".

Click: "[NOW CLICK HERE TO UPDATE STORE INVENTORY](https://babycentral.co/index.php?route=skuvault/feeds/SendOpencartOrdersToWarehouse\&country\id=96)" (in Blue)

Wait until page shows: DONE IMPORTING

2\. GENERATE SHORT ITEMS

From Central HQ, go to Orders > SHORT ITEMS

This list has all the items we need to order for the day.

Under "Generate Estimate PO for supplier" dropdown, select supplier and click "Submit"

3\. SEND POS TO SUPPLIERS

From Central HQ, go to Orders > VIEW PO

For all suppliers with an "Estimate" PO, click the Order PO ID > Click SEND TO SUPPLIER (in Orange)

IMPORTANT:

Woolies Limited - Order every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, before 10AM - usually ready by noon. Warehouse will collect via Gogovan same day.

Cat Kids Limited - Order every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Usually delivers next day.

Planet B - Order daily. Usually delivers next 1 day. Delivers in 2 days if supplier has special events / fairs.

Streamline Sports - Order daily. Usally delivers same day.

Oh My Josh - Order every Tuesday (Deliver Thurs) and Friday (Deliver Tues)
