How to manually enter order tracking information

NOTE!

The population of order tracking information in Opencart SHOULD be automatic. However, we are currently still waiting for the Boomi feeds to be set up to feed this data for 3PL warehouses (i.e. you DO NOT need to do this for orders processed by an internal warehouse using Skuvault and orders that are dropshipped)

Log into opencart
Go to Sales -> Orders
Note that you can filter orders by country and also by "Shipping Status" (to see all the orders that haven't been fully shipped yet - i.e. with Shipping Status "Open")
Click the eye icon next to the order you want to update
Click on the "Products" tab
Under the "Shipped" column, click on the "+" icon to add shipping information for the given line item. Unfortunately, you have to enter shipping information separately for each line item. This is not ideal, but as this is only a temporary measure, we are leaving this as is (because when the boomi feeds work, then no manual updating will be needed)
