How to Manage MIS Invoices
IInvoices that are managed by MIS will have to be sent to the MIS Business Manager.
The MIS Business Manager is tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Validate the charges
2. Obtain approval from the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
3. Associate the invoice with the appropriate Account Code
4. Allocate the expenses among the Lines of Businesses (LOBs)
5. Forward the invoice to the accounting team for further processing
