How to Integrate Shopify with Klaviyo

Integrating Shopify to Klaviyo or the Initial setup of Shopify and Klaviyo is done by MIS. From time to time a new site is established for Bloom and Grow Group. This document will list down the step-by-step process of Integrating Shopify with Klaviyo.

1. Log in to your Klaviyo account or create a new one if you don't have an existing account, request from MIS.
2. In Klaviyo, navigate to the "Integrations" or "Account" section, depending on your Klaviyo interface.
3. Search for Shopify in the list of available integrations or click on the Shopify icon if visible.
4. Click on the "Connect" or "Add Integration" button next to the Shopify integration.
5. You'll be redirected to Shopify's login page. Enter your Shopify store's URL and log in to your Shopify admin using your administrator credentials.
6. Shopify will ask for your permission to connect with Klaviyo. Review the permissions and click on the "Install unlisted app" or "Install app" button to grant access.
7. After granting permission, you'll be redirected back to Klaviyo.
8. Klaviyo will automatically start syncing your Shopify data, including customer information, orders, and products. This process may take a few minutes or longer depending on the size of your store.
9. Once the initial sync is complete, you can start using Klaviyo's powerful email marketing features with your Shopify store. Klaviyo offers various options to create targeted email campaigns, track customer behavior, and segment your audience based on their interactions with your store.
10. Additionally, you can set up specific Shopify triggers and events within Klaviyo to automate email workflows, such as abandoned cart emails, order confirmation emails, or personalized product recommendations.
