How to Find Tickets in Basecamp

Finding a ticket in Basecamp is relatively easy. There is a search bar which would allow to search for the Title, ticket number, or ticket's content.

1. Go to Basecamp
2. On the top menu, click on Find

3. Type either the title, ticket number, or part of the content of the ticket. Sometimes, a word would be enough, you can be more specific if more results show up.
