How to Create a new Staff and/or Sales Rep in Netsuite
From the Main Menu tabs, click on Lists > Employees > Employees > New

Fill out the required fields: 1. First and Last Name
Note: Job Title is optional but would be best practice to add. Supervisor is not mandatory.

Fill out the required fields: 2. Image
To add the Image, click on the + sign to add a new image

Select any stock photo you have on hand from the file upload menu.

Give your image a file name, then click on Save

Fill out the required fields: 3. Email
Put in the email address which you can get from their BaseCamp or Slack profile or provided by the requestor.

Fill out the required fields: 4. Phone Number
Put in the phone number. If unavailable, you can use a default (main office) or placeholder phone number (ex. 12345678)

Fill out the required fields: 5. Susidiary

Click on Human Resources
if creating a standard employee and NOT a Sales Rep, you can skip this part.

Put a tick mark on the Sales Rep box, just above Hire Date.

Review your work and click on Save on the top left corner of the page.
