How to confirm an order



This is applicable to bank transfer payment only.

Once the customer sends the proof of bank transfer payment, please send a message to Carmen Yu to check that the payment has been received. Once confirmed, please follow these instructions:

Search for the order in Open cart. Click on the "View" button.

Click on "History" tab.

Click the dropdown for "Order Status" and choose "Confirmed".

Tick "Notify Customer".

Click on "Add History".

The order is now confirmed and it should now be showing in "Outstanding Orders" in Centralhq.
