How to cancel an item/order



This applies to orders that are not yet dispatched.

Search for the order in Open cart by putting the order number in the "Quick order lookup" field. Click on "View".

Click on the "Cancellations" tab and look for the item you're going to cancel.

Tick "Quantity to cancel" and choose the correct quantity.

Input the amount of the cancelled item/s in the "Store credit" OR "Amount to refund" field, whichever is applicable. Put the reason for the cancellation in the comment field.

Input the amount of the reward points to be deducted, using this format: -Amount (Sample: -168). Negative symbol should be included.

Review the email and make necessary changes.

Click on "Add Cancellation".

There should be a message that the cancellation was successful.
