How to add a new Admin to Klaviyo

To add a new admin user in Klaviyo, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Klaviyo account: Visit the Klaviyo website and log in using your credentials (email address and password). Ensure that you have administrative access or the necessary permissions to add new users.
2. Navigate to the Account section: Once logged in, locate the account dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the interface. Click on it and select "Account" from the dropdown options. This will take you to your Account settings.
3. Access the Users tab: Within the Account settings, you should see a menu on the left side of the page. Click on the "Users" tab to access the user management section.
4. Click "Add User": On the Users page, you will find a button labeled "Add User." Click on this button to begin adding a new user.
5. Provide user details: In the Add User form, fill in the required details for the new admin user. This typically includes the user's email address, first name, last name, and role. Make sure to select "Admin" as the role to grant administrative access.
6. Assign permissions (optional): Depending on your account setup, you may have the option to assign specific permissions to the new admin user. Permissions control the user's access and capabilities within Klaviyo. If necessary, configure the permissions according to your preferences or your organization's policies.
7. Save and notify the user: After entering the user details and configuring permissions, click on the "Save" or "Add User" button to create a new admin user. Klaviyo will typically send an email notification to the user with instructions on how to set up their account and access Klaviyo as an admin.
