HK$100 Newsletter Coupon

When a customer signs up for our newsletter, they get a HK$100 coupon code via email. The code is valid for 7 days and can only be used for orders worth HK$800.00 and above.

Please use a different browser so you can be the one to sign up for the customer for the following scenarios:

1\. The customer can't see the pop-up message about the HK$100 off or "New to Baby Central" at the bottom of the homepage.

2\. The customer is claiming that she didn't receive an email with the code. If it shows that the email is already registered, please check the customer's first order (if there's already one) if HK$100 coupon code was used. If there's none, please go to Open cart -> Marketing -> Coupons -> Click on "Date Start" so you will see the latest coupons. Copy all the coupons for today. Then, register the customer's email address on the website and add ".hk" at the end. Go back to Open cart and provide the newest code to the customer.
