Daily Inventory, Custom Inventory Valuation Summary 3 & Inventory Activity Report by Date

Pulling of inventory for Logwin / YCH and other locations.

1. Go to Reports  Saved Reports  Scroll down till Current Inventory with Status –  Logwin SG Daily

Once this screen appears, select location where to check inventory from.

DAP SG  for SG warehouse.
YCH IND for Indonesia warehouse.

If looking for specific sku from this list – key in SKU on the FIND bar on lower right hand corner.

Alternatively, this info can be downloaded when clicking on the EXCEL icon right under the FIND bar.

Referring to LOGWIN SG COLUMN on screen –

CURRENT QTY AVAILABLE – stocks available for orders.

###

CURRENT QTY ON HAND – these are stocks that has been reserved but not shipped out yet from respective warehouse.

Pull of inventory for respective CONSIGNMENT locations only.

Go to Reports à Saved Reports à Scroll down till Custom Inventory Valuation Summary 3.

Click on more (as picture below) to get the location options to pop up. If not, it will show as below with only date options.

A – Select which consignment location for inventory checks.

B – Select which date to apply Click on excel icon to download excel copy We use this function to check expected current inventory status that is available in respective locations.
