Cancelling an Order in Skuvault



After cancelling the order in Opencart, just click SEND ORDERS TO SKUVAULT" (also in Opencart) - and that will fix it. But if you are cancelling the entire order, the order needs to be MANUALLY CANCELLED IN SKUVAULT after cancelling in Opencart. Follow these steps:

Go to Skuvault - Sales > Sale Information

Enter Sale ID (Order #), click Search

Change "Sale Status" to "Cancelled" - click SAVE

Click, "Yes, Cancel Sale"

Click "Save"

2\. Click [GET OPENCART ORDERS](http://ops.babycentral.co/index.php?route=skuvault/feeds/SendOpencartOrdersToWarehouse\&country\id=96). Repeat until you see: PROCESS COMPLETE NOW CLICK HERE TO UPDATE STORE INVENTORY

3\. Click [NOW CLICK HERE TO UPDATE STORE INVENTORY](http://ops.babycentral.co/index.php?route=skuvault/inventory\&country\id=96) (This will take 1-2 minutes to load - please wait).
