2024 KPI System Login guide

For new joins, your default login details are:

Username: your email address

Password: 123456



You will be asked to reset your password the first time you log in.



For existing staff, same login details as 2023:

Username: your email address

Password: your own PW\
\ if anyone forgets their own PW, pls let HR know to reset to 123456 for you.

Home Screen

When you log in, you will be shown your name, along with the list of people who you manage (if you do not manage anybody, you will only see your own name)

You can add/edit KPIs for both yourself and the people you manage by clicking on the eye icon next to each person’s name.

Editing your KPIs

30% of each user’s KPIs is set to match the company’s values (Energy, Inspiration, Innovation, Loyalty, Integrity & Accountability). Please pick ONE B\&G value to focus on in this year.

You and your supervisor must set the remaining 70% of your KPIs.

For each KPI, add the KPI Goal, weight and details. Note that the weights for all KPIs that you add must sum to 70%.

To add a new KPI, click the orange “+New Goal/KPI” button in the bottom right hand corner

You may add a minimum 2 KPIs and a maximum of 6 KPIs

You may save your work at any time by clicking the orange “SAVE” button

Submitting your KPIs

Once you have reviewed and agreed your own KPIs with your manager, press the “CONFIRM AGREED AND SUBMIT” button. This will lock the KPI form and will not allow any further changes.

Confirming Agreement of KPIs as a Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you must also confirm that you have agreed to the KPIs set for the people who report into you. Once somebody from your team has pressed the “Confirm Agreed and Submit” button as per above, the following button will become visible to you when you view their KPI form. Click the button to confirm your agreement.

Add Supervisor Notes by Supervisors

Once KPIs are submitted and confirmed by supervisor, supervisors are recommended to Add Supervisor Notes for your subordinates throughout the year. Please click “Add Supervisor Notes” button as below.

And fill in each row as below and click submit.
